A magical fairytale

This movie has it all ! Magic, romance, thrills, suspense , surprise , laughter, tears of sadness and of joy.A heartfelt movie with beautiful cinematography taking you on a journey of fantasy and wonder.A story of courage and hope and of rediscovering the light within as on the night of an eclipse a star breaks the sky and falls to earth for Aisling to find .This movie is so honest and relevant as we live in a world ready to exploit our light.Watching this movie will make every romantic in the audience want to live vicariously through Aislings character as I did .

Magic Cinematography/top performances

Some really beautiful cinematography in this film - it genuinely gave me those classic 80s Spielberg vibes, full of warmth, wonder, and that slightly eerie sense of adventure. Some great performances too, especially from the baddies, who were genuinely unsettling and stole every scene they were in. A slice of old fashioned cinema magic.

Starbright is exactly the film one needs to watch in these bleak times: It is a beautiful reminder that dreams do come true and that goodness prevails. The film is stylishly executed, rich in symbolism and evocative images; no detail is too small, nor any line of dialogue superfluous. What is more, an equally impressive cast inhabit their roles as if to the manner born.Starbright is transformational viewing that engenders a spring in one's step, a song on one's lips and hope in one's heart.
