Plot summary

Female John Wick

Absolutely entertaining from beginning to end. The action scenes were perfect and storyline was straight forward. Absolutely enjoyed it and it was definitely worth buying! I love seeing Asian actresses on the big screen and even more so when they are bad ass. I would definitely love to see a sequel on another one of her top secret missions.

not bad

I was not expecting a lot, the second the lead in this movie starts doing tasks for this mystery person. My complaint was how quickly it was paced until Lilly gets this USB. For the most part you can see a mile away, but the camera work, and fight choreography and gore during the fights were quite solid. The lead actress did a good job portraying the role, she could fight and she made it believable.The person I was watching this with laughed their head off at how empty the roads were when the woman was racing down the road.The casting is all over the place, the husband and main bad guy especially were forgetful. The bad guy looks like a temu version of Peter Stormare in the movie Fargo. The only thing he looked like he battled was his .s... nevermind, his outfit in the last fight scene and blonde hair didn't work for me. Was the actor playing the husband a friend or family member who did them a favor being in it for free?Either way, I had a string of poorly made movies in Canada and this isn't one of them, there are far worst from the great white north. Apparently this was shot in and around Toronto and I didn't recognize anywhere they shot the movie in. Would I watch this again? Maybe in a year or two, who knows. There are far worse movies I've subjected myself to.

It Is What It Sets Out To Be

It's not trying reinvent the genre by any means ... just a fun entertaining 90 minutes of female assassin-driven action ... Orphée Ladouceur-Nguyen, stuntwoman turned action heroine delivers some great action in this family-in-peril assignment to alleviate some high-level criminal operatives ... don't look thru this to be anything else ... completely worth a popcorn viewing.
