It has been a long time since I

It has been a long time since I first saw Baahubali: 1&2  Now watching this massive twopart film edited into one complete experience called The Epic is absolutely amazing. I have seen parts 1 and 2 many times before. But I had never experienced them in full high quality like this until now. I unfortunately missed the original releases in theaters back then. Honestly I wasn't a huge fan of S.S. Rajamouli initially. But I deeply adore him today because of his incredible passion and sheer hard work in creating such legendary films. This combined epic is a masterpiece that always needs to be remembered in Indian cinema history.

Baahubali: The Beginning is often called an epic

Baahubali: The Beginning is often called an epic, but for many viewers it fails badly because spectacle is valued far more than substance. The characters are thinly written and feel more like symbols than real people, making it hard to care about their emotions or choices. Much of the runtime relies on exaggerated slow-motion shots, loud background music, and repetitive "mass" moments instead of meaningful storytelling. The plot itself is simple and predictable, stretched thin with overblown visuals to disguise the lack of depth. In the end, the film feels less like a powerful narrative and more like a noisy display of excess, where scale replaces soul.
