Kyle Echarri Is the Best

This ended up on my watchlist, was just a movie, not a long series, so thought I would watch it. All my stars go to Kyle Echarri, the ML who plays Jordan,Anderson who ends up in the Philippines with his mom. Naturally, it's one hard adjustment going to school and immediately runs into mean girl bullying. Never cared for bullying movies, and it does take some time to get through that part. If it weren't for the good looks of the ML and his talent in singing I would have turned it off. Finally things get better and more enjoyable to watch when things take a turn for the worse again - not bullying but another downer (do want to give a spoiler), but I realized 1/2 way through it's not my kind of movie and ended up scrolling through much of the sad parts.I always check bios and could barely find one on the ML here, had to look deeper and realize after reading his background why he was picked for the role - he has his own personal story while growing up that he can relate to. Loved his voice singing ballad;; felt if he had more global exposure he would have fame in the US.
